What are your support policies?
We want to make sure you get off to a great start with Stock Rover. That is why we offer individualized email support for all new users during their 14-day free trial.
For our paid subscribers, we want to ensure that you get the absolute most out of Stock Rover. Consequently, all paid plans receive priority email support from our expert support team. Prioritized hotline telephone support is included with our Ultimate and Ultimate Pro plans. Users subscribed to an annual Premium or Premium plus plan can also add this hotline support for an additional $50 per year.
Our support policy allows us to offer excellent, responsive email support to our paid subscribers, as well as to those who are brand new to the Stock Rover platform. We encourage users without guaranteed email support to utilize the many training resources on our website. Just select from the Resources menu at the top of the page to find video tutorials, help documentation, and more.
Please note that we read and consider ALL emails we receive from users, including those who do not have a plan with guaranteed email support—we just cannot guarantee a response. We sincerely appreciate feedback from all of our users, so please do not hesitate to email us with your feedback or concerns.
Stock Rover Support is active Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM ET, excluding holidays.
