Where can I find all the custom metrics I created in Stock Rover?

All user-created metrics are stored in the 'Custom Metrics' folder within the Metric Browser. Selecting this folder will display a complete list of your proprietary formulas.

How do I change the formula of a custom metric?

In the Metric Browser, select your metric from the Custom Metrics folder and click the 'Edit Custom Metric' button in the right-hand panel to open the formula editor.

What happens if I delete a custom metric that is used in a screener?

If you delete a custom metric, it will be removed from all parts of the application, including any screeners, views, or alerts that rely on that specific metric.

Managing Custom Metrics

The Metric Browser serves as the management hub for any Custom Metrics you have created. By navigating to the specialized Custom Metrics folder, you can view, refine, or remove your proprietary formulas to ensure your personalized analysis remains accurate and up to date.

To manage your metrics, simply select the Custom Metrics folder from the category list. Once you highlight a specific metric, the right-hand action panel will provide the following options as shown in the screenshot below:

Edit Custom Metric: Opens the formula editor, allowing you to adjust the underlying math, rename the metric, or update its description.
Delete Custom Metric: Permanently removes the metric from your account. Note: Deleting a custom metric will also remove it from any Screeners or Table Views where it is currently being used.
